Q: Who is the guardian of Indian Constitution?

Ans: The Supreme Court is the guardian of Indian Constitution.  The Supreme Court is mentioned in part 5 and chapter 4 of Indian constitution.  

Q: State the overview of High Court in constitution of India?

Ans: The part 6 of Indian Constitution mentions about The States and in part 6, there is a chapter 5 which mentions about the High Courts in the states.  The chapter 5 of part 6, the articles 214 to 231 mentions about the High Court. 

Q: Explain the Supreme Court in Constitution of India ?

Ans: In Indian constitution,  there were 395 articles, 8 schedules and 22 parts at the time of enactment. But recently,  there are 25 parts, 12 scedules and 448 Articles in Indian Constitution.   The part 5 of Indian Constitution is ' The Union' and in part-5 , there is a chapter 4 which is union judiciary in which Supreme Court is mentioned. Chapter 4 comprises of Articles 124 to Article 147 which mentions about Supreme Court.
